By Ruth Hephzibah

Plan with Peace. Prepare with Love. Leave a Meaningful Legacy.

One of the greatest gifts you can give your loved ones is clarity about your wishes and the legacy you want to leave behind.

Talking about end-of-life planning can feel uncomfortable, emotional, and overwhelming. Yet preparing for the future is an act of love, responsibility, and compassion.

The End-of-Life Planning & Legacy Workbook by Ruth Hephzibah is a compassionate, guided reflection journal designed to help individuals and families document their wishes, organize important information, reflect on what matters most, and prepare for life’s final transitions with greater peace and dignity.

Inspired by Ruth’s personal journey through caregiving, loss, and grief, this workbook creates a thoughtful space for meaningful conversations, practical planning, and preserving the memories, values, and messages that make every life unique.
